Before you book
How long does carpet take to dry in this humidity?
Usually 4 to 8 hours with the air conditioning running. We groom the fibers and set air movers on heavier areas to speed it up. Keep the A/C on and ceiling fans going, and stay off the carpet in socks or clean shoes — not colored plastic bags, which can transfer dye onto damp fibers.
Do you cover the whole Cape, including the north end?
Yes — north of Pine Island Road, the southeast quadrant, the Yacht Club area and out toward Burnt Store. There's no separate travel charge for being on the far side of town.
Can you get the orange sprinkler stains off my driveway?
In most cases, yes. That rust comes from iron in the well water and needs a rust-specific treatment rather than plain pressure washing. We'll look at how long it's been sitting and tell you honestly how much will lift.
Do you clean boat interiors at the house?
We do. If the boat is on the lift or the trailer at your home, we can clean vinyl seating, cabin carpet and upholstery on site, including the mildew smell from sitting covered through the wet season.
Can you clean before we arrive for the season?
That's one of our most common Cape Coral jobs. Give us a key or lockbox code and we'll clean carpets, tile and upholstery ahead of your arrival so the house is fresh and dry when you walk in.
Are your products safe for pets and kids?
