How long does carpet take to dry in Florida humidity?
Usually 4 to 8 hours with the air conditioning running. We groom the fibers and set air movers on heavier areas to speed it up. Keep the A/C on and ceiling fans going, and stay off the carpet in socks or clean shoes — not colored plastic bags, which can transfer dye onto damp fibers.
Do you work in gated communities and condo buildings?
Yes. We clean throughout Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing, Spanish Wells and similar communities regularly. Let us know at booking if your association needs a certificate of insurance or advance notice at the gate, and we'll take care of it.
Can you clean before we arrive for the season?
That's one of our most common Bonita Springs jobs. Give us a key or lockbox code and we'll clean carpets, tile and upholstery ahead of your arrival so the house is fresh and dry when you walk in.
Are your products safe for pets and kids?

Will old pet odor really come out?
